Loving souls live among usMy dear friend suffers from hurt, a lack of hope
The agony of loss and others despair
Yet she is unable to feel the brokenness
That brings the cleansing, healing flow of tears

Too much pain in such a short time
Rushes at the soul breaking it in two
So quick that she feels the frozenness
Of a heart rendered but not yet aware

Though the time will come as she waits and waits
When the grief will seep through her being
Etching itself upon her lovely soul
Like delicate filigreed golden threads

While reaching for a parchment, which he places before him

Her words ebb and flow through his mind, mingling with his own
Forming meaning within the inner places, which is then spoken

To Kiss the SunIn the beginning everything on the Earth was wonderful; verdant in an eternal summer of happiness and bliss. An Assembly of powerful & semi-immortal beings were the designated Overseers of the Earth, however one day the Assembly fractured with a faction gaining control & banishing the others to assigned estates where their powers remained but their influence was diminished.

The surprising outcome of this separation, & one unseen by what remained of the Assembly was that the Earth immediately went into a state of perpetual winter. The Earth became barren and frozen, years of despair following which overtook all of its inhabitants.

Then an intervening, intrusions, interference, an impeding occurs
